I don’t need my container delivered, can I still store with you?
Absolutely. We’ll bring a container right to the door for you to pack so you’ll always be on the ground floor. Due to the mobile nature of our business, walk-in access is only available at certain times. Please check our availability calendar or give us a call for our up-to-date schedule.
Where will my goods be stored?
All of our containers are securely stored at Higher Walton Mill, PR5 4DJ
Can I access my goods in storage?
Of course, however access is only available at certain times. Blox isn’t suitable for anybody needing constant daily access to their goods.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Conditions set down the basis on which Blox Mobile Storage will carry and store Goods for their customers. These Conditions may not be altered or varied in any way except by express agreement in writing, signed by us.
1.1 “You” or “your” refers to the customer who has requested our services and/or any other parties acting on their behalf, including third party contractors.
1.2 “Us” or “we” means Blox Mobile Storage.
1.3 “Carriage” means deliveries and/or collections.
1.4 “Container(s)” means a 250cu/ft warehouse container provided by us for the carriage and storage of the customers goods.
2 Deliveries & Collections
2.1 We will endeavour to attend all deliveries/collections at the agreed date and time but there may be delays due to circumstances beyond our control. In this event, we will inform you of the delay at the earliest opportunity and arrange a revised time if necessary. If, in the event of a such a delay, we are not able to rearrange a suitable time, then you will not be charged.
2.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that there is ample access for our delivery vehicle and parking space for our container(s) at the requested address. If we are unable to complete a delivery or collection due to the above reasons then you will be liable for the full, agreed delivery/collection charge.
2.3 We are not able to leave containers unattended on a public road or walkway and it is your responsibility to ensure that you have the right to use any designated parking space(s). You will be liable for any parking charges or fines that we incur whilst under your instruction.
3 Loading and unloading
3.1 We provide a self-packing service. It is your responsibility to ensure that any container(s) are packed suitably for transport.
3.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that any white goods, including but not limited to washing machines, dishwashers, fridges and freezers have been properly emptied, defrosted and cleaned.
3.3 The following items must not be submitted for carriage or storage;
a) Stolen goods, drugs or illegal paraphernalia,
b) Firearms or ammunition.
c) Perishable items and/or those requiring a controlled environment.
d) Any animals, fish, birds or plants.
e) Goods likely to encourage vermin or pests.
f) Odorous goods that emit fumes or smell.
g) Dangerous goods.
h) Flammable or explosive goods including gas bottles, aerosols and fireworks.
i) High value items and large amounts of cash.

3.4 The goods to be stored in your container(s) must be your own property or the person(s) who own or have a legal right to them have given you authority to store the goods and have been made aware of these conditions.
